# Multi-Clinic Management

> Run multiple dental clinic locations with isolated patients, staff, and settings under a single OdontoX account, and switch clinic context without signing out.

If you operate more than one clinic location, our support teams multi-clinic management. Each clinic is fully isolated with its own patients, staff, finances, and settings — but users can belong to multiple clinics and switch between them.

  Multi-clinic support is available on **Pro+ and Enterprise** plans.

## How it works

Each clinic in the platform is completely independent:

* **Patients** are clinic-specific — a patient at Clinic A does not appear at Clinic B
* **Staff** rosters are separate per clinic
* **Finances** are isolated — invoices, receipts, expenses, and reports are per-clinic
* **Settings** are independent — branding, hours, payment instructions, numbering
* **Modules** can differ per clinic based on needs

## Users across clinics

A single user account can be assigned to multiple clinics:

* Each assignment has its own **role** — you can be an admin at one clinic and a doctor at another
* Each assignment has its own **permissions**
* One clinic is your **primary** — where you land on login

## Switching clinics

Use the clinic switcher in your dashboard header to change your active clinic. The entire interface updates to show that clinic's data.

  Set the clinic you use most as your primary so you land there on login.

## Independent configuration

Each clinic maintains its own:

  Changes to one clinic's settings never affect another clinic.

**Admins** manage clinic assignments and staff across locations.
