# Prescription Template — Digital or Pre-Printed

## What's new

* **Physical letterhead no longer duplicates the clinic header and footer.** Pick "Print on Physical Letterhead" and the PDF contains only the medical content — Rx number, patient, medications, diagnosis, signature — sized to land in the writable zone of your pre-printed paper.
* **Margins range 5–120mm top and 5–100mm bottom.** Default safe-zone margins are 60mm top and 32mm bottom. Most pre-printed letterhead fits cleanly inside the default; very tall designs can dial in their exact values.
* **The "Dr." prefix is consistent.** Admin and doctor accounts always show as "Dr. {Name}" on the prescription and on every other exported document.
* **Signatures print opaque black.** No more grey ghosts on the printed copy.
