# Referral Program

> Invite other dental clinics to OdontoX, track referral status from pending to paid, and earn rewards as cash, points, or subscription credit when they sign up.

The referral program lets you earn rewards by inviting other dental clinics to join the platform. When your referral signs up and becomes a paying customer, you earn a reward.

## Creating a referral

To refer someone, provide:

* **Email** — the referred person's email address
* **Name** — their full name
* **Phone** — contact number
* **Notes** — optional context

An invitation email is sent automatically with a link to sign up.

## Referral status flow

Each referral progresses through these stages:

    Email delivered to the referred person.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Accepted">
    The referred person signed up for an your account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Converted">
    The referred clinic activated a paid subscription.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Completed">
    Reward calculated and credited to your balance.
  </Step>

## Reward modes

| Mode        | Description                                                    |
| ----------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Cash**    | A percentage of the referral's subscription value paid as cash |
| **Points**  | Redeemable points credited to your account                     |
| **Credits** | Applied directly toward your own subscription balance          |

## Balance tracking

Track your earnings across three balances:

* **Points balance** — accumulated referral points
* **Credit balance** — subscription credits available
* **Cash balance** — cash payouts pending or available

## Payout requests

When your cash balance is ready for withdrawal:

1. Go to the referral program section
2. Click **Request Payout**
3. Enter the amount and any notes
4. Our team reviews and processes your request

**Doctors and Admins** can create and manage referrals.
