Pick the patient on a claim with two keystrokes and the form refuses to file the same claim twice on a misclick. Two small changes that remove the most common claim-entry papercuts.

## What's new

* **Smart typeahead picker on patient selection.** Up to 20 matches stream in as you type. Recent picks show when the box is empty. Search stays instant whether you have 50 or 50,000 records.
* **A double-submit guard on Save.** Fast double-clicks no longer file the same claim twice.
