# Clinical Notes Inside The Dental Chart

Dictate a clinical note inside the per-tooth panel, tidy it with the toolbar chips, and let the AI structure it as SOAP — same notes experience as everywhere else in the chart.

## What's new

* **Dictation in the tooth panel.** Tap the microphone, speak, and your transcript fills the Notes tab.
* **Toolbar chips.** Rewrite, Grammar, Shorter, Detailed — pick any chip to refine what you just said.
* **Structure with AI** rebuilds the note in SOAP format.
* **Saves to the patient's clinical record** automatically. The note appears in the patient's notes timeline as well as on the tooth.
