# Owner Dashboard — A Walkthrough

> Five at-a-glance KPIs, today's worklist, an Action Required panel, revenue and load charts, and quick actions — your clinic's morning read in one screen.

The Owner Dashboard is the clinic's morning read — five headline numbers, today's worklist, the things that need a person, and a few charts to show where the week and the money are going. This guide is the reference for clinic admins and owners.

## The five KPIs

Across the top sit five cards, each one number you can act on:

* **Today's Appointments** — how many are booked today, with the breakdown of who is **in chair**, **completed**, **cancelled** and **no-show**.
* **Today's Collections** — what you have taken in today, with the **outstanding balance** still owed alongside it.
* **Chair Utilisation** — booked time measured against your chairs and opening hours, so you can see how full the day really is.
* **No-show Rate** — the share of appointments that did not turn up.
* **Treatment Acceptance** — the share of treatment plans accepted over roughly the last 90 days.

## Today's Schedule worklist

A running list of today's appointments — **time**, **treatment**, **dentist** and **status** — with a small **payment dot** marking anyone who still owes, so the front desk knows who to settle with before they leave.

## Action Required

The panel that turns numbers into next steps. Each line links straight to the screen where you fix it:

* **Missed appointments** to call back
* **Pending payments** to collect
* **Overdue recalls** to re-book
* **Unaccepted treatment plans** to follow up
* **Lab cases due** to chase
* **Low-stock inventory** to re-order

## Charts and performance

* **Revenue by Treatment** — this month's revenue grouped by your own procedure categories.
* **Weekly Load** — booked time against capacity across the next 7 days.
* **Provider Performance** — appears when your clinic has more than one dentist, comparing each provider's contribution.

## Quick actions

A row of one-tap shortcuts for the things you do most: **Book Appointment**, **Add Patient**, **Create Invoice**, **Create Quote** and **Create Treatment Plan**.

## How to use it
