# Pro and Pro+ — What You Get

What you get when you move from Basic to Pro to Pro+, restated against the new portal-seat and storage model — records are unlimited at every paid tier.

## What's new

* **Records are unlimited at every paid tier.** Adding a chart never costs more. Only portal logins count.
* **Portal seats included: 100 on Pro, 250 on Pro+.** A portal seat is consumed only when you tick **Provide portal access** on a patient record. Top-up packs are available from the Marketplace.
* **Storage included: 50 GB on Pro, 200 GB on Pro+.** Top-up tiers come as 50 GB, 200 GB, 500 GB and 1 TB packs at flat monthly rates.
* **Pro+ defaults arrive on first sign-in** for every staff member you invite — full inventory, DICOM, IPD, insurance and advanced AI for doctors; full inventory write and signature management for receptionists.
