Discount Policies — Now in Treatment Plans
Discount policies now flow straight into treatment plans — pick a policy in the plan builder and the discounted total prints on the patient’s quote. We connected the two pieces because doctors were quoting plans on paper, then asking reception to “apply the family discount” at billing time. Now the discount travels with the plan from the moment it is built.What’s new
- Pick a discount policy in the treatment-plan builder. The dropdown lists every policy you have defined under Settings → Discount Policies.
- The discounted total renders on the plan PDF and on the public share link. Patients see both the gross total and the discounted total, so the offer is visible without explanation.
- The discount also flows to the invoice when the plan converts. No re-entry, no chance of forgetting.
