What’s new
- Physical-letterhead mode is now correct. Pick “Print on Physical Letterhead” and the PDF contains only the medical content — Rx number, patient, medications, diagnosis, signature — with proper top and bottom margins to land in the writable zone of your pre-printed paper.
- Default safe-zone margins of 60mm top and 32mm bottom. Most clinic letterheads fit cleanly inside the default on the first try.
- Allowed range widened to 5–120mm top and 5–100mm bottom. Clinics with very tall letterhead designs can dial in the exact values they need.
- Crisp opaque-black signatures. The signature compositor re-tints every stroke pixel to pure black at full opacity before embedding. A faint pencil signature comes out as a sharp black one.
- The “Dr.” prefix is consistent. Doctor and admin accounts always print as “Dr. ” — across the app, the prescription, the receipt and every other exported document.
- A double-submit guard on Save. A fast double-click on Save no longer issues two prescription numbers for the same patient.
How to use it
Choose letterhead mode
In the bottom toolbar, choose Digital letterhead for an OdontoX-branded PDF, or Physical letterhead if you want to print on your own pre-printed paper.
Dial in margins for physical letterhead
The defaults work for most letterheads — preview before printing if you have a tall design.
