Settings, Reorganised Into Eight Sections

Find the toggle you need in seconds — Settings is now eight labelled sections instead of a 22-card wall, with empty sections folded away and full descriptions visible on every card. We rebuilt the landing page because the most common admin complaint was simply “I cannot find where this lives.” It is now a calm, scannable directory of every setting the clinic owns, grouped by what the setting actually does.

What’s new

  • Eight labelled sections, not one long wall. Clinic & branding, People & access, Clinical setup, Scheduling, Documents & finance, Communication, Integrations & devices, and Account / security / audit. Each section is a header followed by the cards that belong to it.
  • Empty sections fold themselves away. If your plan does not include a feature, or you have not enabled a module, the section quietly collapses. You see only what actually applies to your clinic.
  • Full card descriptions. Card text no longer gets cut off after one line. You can read what is inside the card before clicking — no more guessing or hover-to-reveal.
  • The Financial Hub card is gone. Its contents moved into per-appointment Billing and into Reports. Old in-product links redirect automatically.
  • A new Appointment Setup card holds the five front-desk defaults that used to be scattered across the calendar code — time format, click-to-book, default duration, drag-snap and hover preview.
  • A new Marketplace card lists the add-ons you have subscribed to and any in-flight subscription requests.
  • A new Website Leads card opens the inbox where your clinic-website contact forms now land.

How to use it

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Scan the eight section headers. They are in the same order every time so muscle memory kicks in quickly.
  3. Click the card you need. If you cannot see a section, your plan or module mix does not include it — open Marketplace to see what is available to add.
  4. Use the search box at the top of the page if you know the name of the setting but not which group it belongs to. It searches across every card title and description.

What changed since the last revision

  • The 22-card single-list landing page has been retired.
  • “Monthly Active Patients” has been replaced by Portal seats and storage — patient records are unlimited at every paid tier; portal seats are the thing you actually pay for if you go past your included number.
  • “Financial Hub” has been retired. Its contents live in per-appointment Billing and in Reports.
  • The five-toggle “Notifications” page is now a per-event, per-audience matrix. See /admin/notifications.
  • “Appointment Setup” is a brand new card. See /admin/appointment-setup.
  • “Marketplace” and “Website Leads” are brand new cards. See /admin/marketplace and /admin/website-leads.
