Clinical Notes — Now Inside The Tooth Panel
Clinical notes inside the dental chart are the same AI-assisted notes you use elsewhere — dictate, tidy up, then drop into a SOAP structure. The Notes tab in the per-tooth panel is no longer a plain text box.What’s new
- Dictate with the microphone straight into the tooth panel.
- Toolbar chips for Rewrite, Grammar, Shorter, Detailed. The same chips you have on the standalone Notes module.
- Structure with AI generates a SOAP-formatted clinical note from your dictation.
- Notes save to the patient’s clinical record automatically — they appear in the patient’s clinical-notes timeline as well as on the tooth.
- Tighter layout. Buttons, mic recorder and text area all scale properly inside the narrow tooth detail sidebar instead of bursting out of the column.
