Quotations carry a clinic-set safety cap, drop the patient’s phone from the printed copy, and tell the patient on their portal exactly which invoice came out of which quote.

What’s new

  • Per-clinic safety cap on quotation totals. Set the max in Settings → Documentation → Document Amount Limits. Anything above is rejected with a friendly message.
  • Patient phone removed from the Bill To block on quotations (inline and PDF, and on public share links).
  • Portal shows the linked invoice. When a patient accepts a quote, their portal Quotations list shows the linked invoice (”→ Invoice #ODX-…”) and their Invoices list shows where each invoice came from (”← from Quote #…”).
