Dictate a clinical note inside the per-tooth panel, tidy it with the toolbar chips, and let the AI structure it as SOAP — same notes experience as everywhere else in the chart.

What’s new

  • Dictation in the tooth panel. Tap the microphone, speak, and your transcript fills the Notes tab.
  • Toolbar chips. Rewrite, Grammar, Shorter, Detailed — pick any chip to refine what you just said.
  • Structure with AI rebuilds the note in SOAP format.
  • Saves to the patient’s clinical record automatically. The note appears in the patient’s notes timeline as well as on the tooth.
