If you expect to see a feature or menu item but it is not there, work through these four checks in order.

1. Your role does not have permission

Many features are restricted by role or by per-user permission overrides. Check: Ask an admin to open Settings → Staff Management, click your name, and review your permissions. Fix: The admin can grant the missing permission or change your role. How roles and permissions work →

2. The module is not enabled

Some features are separate modules that must be installed from the Marketplace. Check: Go to Marketplace in the sidebar. Look for modules such as WhatsApp, DICOM Imaging, Insurance, Inventory, or IPD. Fix: Install or request the module. Some modules cost extra. How modules and the Marketplace work →

3. Your plan does not include it

Features like multi-clinic support, inventory, lab tracking, insurance, and AI Insights are available only on higher plan tiers. Check: Go to Settings → Subscription to see your current plan. Fix: Upgrade to a plan that includes the feature. Plan comparison →

4. Your trial has expired

When a trial ends, non-admin users are locked out and some features are restricted even for admins. Check: Look for a trial banner at the top of the app, or go to Settings → Subscription. Fix: Admins can start a paid subscription from Settings → My Billing or by clicking Upgrade now on the banner. What happens when your trial ends →

Still stuck?

If you have checked all four and still cannot find the feature, open a ticket from Settings → Support or email [email protected].
