Overview

Every new clinic on the platform starts with a free trial that includes core platform features. This page explains the trial experience, what happens at expiry, and how plan tiers work.

Free trial

How it starts

Your trial begins automatically when our team approves your clinic account. No credit card or payment information is required to start. During the trial, your clinic has access to core features including:
  • Full appointment scheduling and management
  • Patient records and dental charting
  • Billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Clinical notes and treatment plans
  • Messaging and notifications
Use the trial period to set up your clinic, invite your staff, and explore the platform. This is the best time to evaluate whether the platform fits your workflow.

Trial countdown

You can see the remaining trial days in your dashboard. We send email reminders as your trial nears its end, each with a direct link to upgrade.

What happens when the trial expires

When the trial ends without an active subscription:

Staff experience

All staff members (Doctors, Receptionists) see read-only access. They can view existing data but cannot create, edit, or delete records.

Admin access

Admins retain access to payment and upgrade routes so they can activate a subscription. All other features are read-only.
No data is deleted when your trial expires. Everything is preserved and fully accessible once you activate a subscription.

Plan tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers designed for clinics of different sizes. Each tier determines your user limits, patient capacity, storage allocation, and which modules are available.

Pro

Best for solo practitioners and small clinics. Includes all core clinical, billing, and scheduling features.

Pro+

Best for growing practices with multiple doctors or branches. Adds multi-clinic support, IPD, inventory, lab tracking, insurance, and more.

Enterprise

Best for large organizations needing unlimited scale, custom integrations, and dedicated support with guaranteed SLAs.

What varies by plan

Each plan tier controls:
  • User limits — how many doctors, receptionists, and admins your clinic can have
  • Patient capacity — maximum number of patient records
  • Storage — total file storage for X-rays, documents, and images
  • Portal accounts — how many patients can access the self-service portal
  • Available modules — not all features are available on every plan (see below)

AI Insights (Daily Brief, Patient Brief, SOAP Review, Revenue Forecast, and other AI-powered features) is available exclusively on the Pro+ plan. Ruby for DICOM (AI Radiograph Analysis) is a separate add-on. An on-premise installation for real-time intraoral sensor streaming is also available — contact support to scope.

Patient portal

The patient portal allows your patients to view their records, appointments, and invoices online. Each plan includes a set number of portal accounts. If you need more, additional portal account bundles can be purchased from your billing settings.

Billing

Both Pro and Pro+ plans offer monthly and yearly billing cycles. Yearly billing includes a discount compared to paying monthly. Enterprise plans are custom-quoted.
You can view your current plan, usage, and billing cycle at any time from Settings > Billing.

Frequently asked questions

Trial extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team before your trial expires to discuss your situation.
Your data is preserved after the trial expires. Your clinic enters a suspended state with read-only access. If you subscribe later, full access is restored immediately.
Yes. Contact our support team to arrange a downgrade. Note that features exclusive to Pro+ (multi-clinic, IPD, inventory, lab tracking, insurance) will become unavailable, and user limits will adjust to the Pro tier.
AI Insights is included on the Pro+ plan. Ruby for DICOM is a separate add-on. Contact support to enable Ruby for DICOM or to discuss our on-premise solution for real-time intraoral sensor imaging. Once enabled, all clinic staff can access AI Insights subject to the per-user rate limit (3 generations per hour).
No. There are no setup fees for any plan tier. You only pay the subscription rate.
