Overview

Once your account is approved and you have logged in for the first time, the next step is setting up your clinic. This page covers your clinic profile, visual branding, operating hours, and payment instructions that appear on patient-facing documents. Admin only — Only users with the Admin role can modify clinic settings.

Clinic profile

Navigate to Settings > Clinic to configure your clinic’s core information.

The legal name and tax ID appear on invoices and official documents. Ensure these match your business registration exactly.

Branding

Customize how the platform looks for your clinic and your patients. Navigate to Settings > Clinic > Branding to configure these options.

Logo and favicon

Upload your clinic’s logo and favicon to personalize the platform:
  • Logo — Displayed in the sidebar, reports, and patient-facing documents
  • Favicon — The small icon shown in browser tabs
Both files are stored securely and served over HTTPS.
For best results, upload your logo as a PNG or SVG with a transparent background. Recommended minimum size is 200x200 pixels.

Brand color

Set your clinic’s primary brand color using a hex color code (e.g., #2563EB). This color is used for:
  • Navigation highlights and active states
  • Buttons and interactive elements
  • Accent colors throughout the interface

Theme presets

Choose from available theme presets to quickly style your workspace. Theme presets adjust the overall color palette and typography while respecting your custom brand color.
Brand color and theme changes apply immediately for all staff members in your clinic.

Operating hours

Configure your clinic’s operating hours under Settings > Clinic > Operating Hours. The schedule is used for appointment booking, availability display, and scheduling validation.

Setting your schedule

For each day of the week (Monday through Sunday):
  1. Enable or disable the day — toggle whether your clinic is open
  2. Set opening time — when your clinic starts accepting patients
  3. Set closing time — when your clinic stops accepting patients

Navigate to Settings > Clinic > Operating Hours.

For each day of the week, toggle the day on or off and set the open and close times.

Save your schedule

Click Save to apply your operating hours. The schedule takes effect immediately for all booking and scheduling features.
If your clinic has different hours for specific days (for example, half-day on Saturday), configure each day individually. Days that are toggled off will show as “Closed” in patient-facing views.

Payment instructions

Configure the payment details that appear on invoices, receipts, and patient billing documents. Navigate to Settings > Clinic > Payment Instructions.

Double-check your payment details before saving. Incorrect IBAN or mobile wallet numbers can cause failed or misdirected patient payments.

Where payment instructions appear

Your payment instructions are automatically included on:
  • Patient invoices (PDF and on-screen)
  • Payment receipts
  • Any billing-related communications sent to patients

Currency

The platform defaults to PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for all financial transactions, invoices, and reports. Currency is set at the platform level and applies uniformly across your clinic.

Yes. Navigate to Settings > Clinic and update the clinic name at any time. The change takes effect immediately across the platform.
Multi-clinic support is available on the Pro+ and Enterprise plans. Each branch has its own profile, operating hours, and branding. See Trial & Subscription Plans for plan details.
Currently, our support teams PKR only. Multi-currency support may be available in future releases.
Yes. Operating hours are visible in the patient portal and affect available time slots when patients request appointments online.
