Subscription plans define user limits, patient limits, and storage allocations. Plans are applied to clinics. Who can manage- Clinic admins can view available plans and initiate upgrades.

Trial behavior
Clinics start in trial mode when approved. Trial access is restricted when the trial expires. What happens after expiry- Admins can access payment routes to upgrade.
- Other roles are blocked until the subscription is active.
License limits
License limits are enforced per clinic for roles and patient counts. What is tracked- Doctors, receptionists, and admins.

- Extra staff seats when purchased.
License requests
