Bring in a doctor who already works at another OdontoX clinic without the “email already exists” wall, and they show up with the right Pro or Pro+ permissions for your clinic on day one. Two small changes, both removing day-one friction.

What’s new

  • Cross-clinic invite for existing OdontoX accounts. If the person you are inviting already has an account at another clinic, OdontoX adds a new clinic membership to their existing account instead of refusing the invite. The user picks the right clinic from the clinic switcher after signing in.
  • Plan-based defaults on first sign-in. A doctor invited to a Pro+ clinic arrives with full Pro+ permissions on day one. A receptionist invited to a Pro clinic arrives with the focused Pro permissions. No more manual permission fix on the first morning.
