The referral program lets you earn rewards by inviting other dental clinics to join the platform. When your referral signs up and becomes a paying customer, you earn a reward.

Creating a referral

To refer someone, provide:
  • Email — the referred person’s email address
  • Name — their full name
  • Phone — contact number
  • Notes — optional context
An invitation email is sent automatically with a link to sign up.

Referral status flow

Each referral progresses through these stages:

Pending

Referral created, invitation not yet sent.
2

Sent

Email delivered to the referred person.
3

Accepted

The referred person signed up for an your account.
4

Converted

The referred clinic activated a paid subscription.
5

Completed

Reward calculated and credited to your balance.

Reward modes

Balance tracking

Track your earnings across three balances:
  • Points balance — accumulated referral points
  • Credit balance — subscription credits available
  • Cash balance — cash payouts pending or available

Payout requests

When your cash balance is ready for withdrawal:
  1. Go to the referral program section
  2. Click Request Payout
  3. Enter the amount and any notes
  4. Our team reviews and processes your request
Payout requests are reviewed manually. You will be notified when processed.
Doctors and Admins can create and manage referrals.
