Choose between digital letterhead and physical pre-printed paper and the prescription PDF respects the choice — no overlapping headers, signatures print crisp black, the doctor’s name carries “Dr.” automatically. We made each setting on this page do exactly what it says.

What’s new

  • Physical letterhead no longer duplicates the clinic header and footer. Pick “Print on Physical Letterhead” and the PDF contains only the medical content — Rx number, patient, medications, diagnosis, signature — sized to land in the writable zone of your pre-printed paper.
  • Margins range 5–120mm top and 5–100mm bottom. Default safe-zone margins are 60mm top and 32mm bottom. Most pre-printed letterhead fits cleanly inside the default; very tall designs can dial in their exact values.
  • The “Dr.” prefix is consistent. Admin and doctor accounts always show as “Dr. ” on the prescription and on every other exported document.
  • Signatures print opaque black. No more grey ghosts on the printed copy.
