Clinic Settings is where you shape how the platform looks and behaves for your organization. Everything from your clinic’s legal identity to the logo on your invoices is managed here.
Admin only — Only administrators can modify clinic settings.

Clinic profile

The profile section captures your clinic’s core identity and contact information. These details appear on invoices, receipts, and patient-facing communications.

Keep your legal name and NTN accurate — they appear on tax invoices and official receipts. Incorrect details can cause issues during audits or insurance claim processing.
Clinic branding settings

Branding

Customize the platform to reflect your clinic’s visual identity. Branding settings affect the entire application and all generated documents.

Logo and favicon

Upload your clinic’s logo and favicon. Both images are cached for fast delivery across the platform.
  • Logo — Displayed in the sidebar, on invoices, receipts, and patient portal. Recommended size: 200x60 pixels or similar aspect ratio.
  • Favicon — The small icon shown in browser tabs. Recommended size: 32x32 pixels.

Brand color and theme

  • Brand color — Set a hex code (e.g., #4F46E5) that becomes your primary accent color throughout the interface — buttons, links, and highlights all use this color.
  • Theme preset — Choose between the Default theme or a Custom configuration. The default theme works well for most clinics; custom theming lets you fine-tune the look further.
Brand color changes are reflected immediately across the application for all users in your clinic.

Operating hours

Configure your clinic’s working hours on a per-day basis. For each day of the week, you can:
  • Enable or disable the day — Disabled days show as closed in the appointment calendar
  • Set open and close times — Define when your clinic accepts appointments

Open operating hours settings

Navigate to Admin > Clinic Settings > Operating Hours.

Configure each day

For each day of the week, toggle it on or off. For enabled days, set the opening and closing times using the time pickers.

Save your schedule

Click Save. The appointment calendar immediately reflects your updated hours.
Changing operating hours does not cancel existing appointments that fall outside the new schedule. Review your calendar after making changes and reschedule affected appointments manually.

Payment instructions

Payment instructions appear on every invoice and receipt your clinic generates, giving patients clear directions on how to pay.

Include at least two payment methods to give patients flexibility. Mobile wallets like EasyPaisa and JazzCash are popular for smaller payments, while bank transfers work better for larger amounts.

Document settings

Control how your clinic’s financial documents are numbered and taxed.

Numbering formats

Define the prefix and sequence format for:
  • Invoices — e.g., INV-0001
  • Receipts — e.g., REC-0001
  • Quotations — e.g., QUO-0001
Consistent numbering helps with bookkeeping and makes it easier to reference specific documents in conversations with patients.

Tax configuration

Set your default tax rate and label. This rate is applied to new invoices by default, though it can be overridden on individual documents.

Currency

The platform defaults to PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as the base currency. The currency symbol appears on all financial documents, reports, and the patient-facing portal.
Currency is set at the platform level. If your clinic needs a different base currency, contact our support team.

Best practices

Configure your schedule early so that staff see accurate availability from day one. This prevents appointment booking confusion during onboarding.
Bank account details and mobile wallet numbers can change. An outdated IBAN on your invoices leads to failed payments and frustrated patients.
